OmnisOva

OmnisOva is an avian genetics company working with the global poultry industry.

We work across the whole spectrum — the bird and the egg — and we are interested in the egg's full potential: as a food, as a medicine, and as a manufacturing system.

Our starting point is the egg itself, and what it contains. The dominant allergen in egg is ovomucoid and our work is directed at developing an ovomucoid (OVM)  free egg that is low allergen.

Egg allergy is one of the most common food allergies in early childhood worldwide. The ambition is inclusion: a food the world already shares, opened up to the people it has always left out.

We challenge traditional thinking and pioneer the science to create better eggs for a better world, looking across the full avian ecosystem, changing what is possible, with a clear vision in mind.
