Virginia is CEO of Moa Technology, an agri-biotech company focused on novel mode of action herbicide discovery, whose growth she has led from university spin-out to innovation partner of choice for the crop protection industry. Previously, she was Chief Growth Officer at soil-health innovator Novihum Technologies, following roles at the Sahara Forest Project and as a science policy fellow in the U.S. Senate. She studied astrophysics at MIT and completed her PhD as a Marshall Scholar at the University
