Tomasz Zdziebkowski is Co-Founder and President of Top Farms International, one of Europe’s largest agricultural groups. With over 30 years of international agribusiness experience, he has led the transformation of large-scale farming across five countries by integrating regenerative agriculture, advanced technologies and responsible leadership. A pioneer of regenerative agriculture in Central and Eastern Europe, he has demonstrated how regenerative farming can strengthen both business performance and environmental outcomes. He also co-founded the Nuffield Farming Scholars Poland Foundation.
