Tom leads the External Innovation Investment organization for R&D at Corteva Agriscience, overseeing efforts to identify and advance early-stage technologies aligned with the company’s strategic priorities and product pipelines. He guides technical landscaping, strategic partnerships, and investment strategies that accelerate innovation. With more than 24 years at Corteva and its heritage organizations, Tom has played a key role in building global biotech and genome-edited trait pipelines across multiple crops and trait concepts.
