Siddarth studied ecology and evolutionary biology at Oxford and began his career at McKinsey and Company in London, where he worked with corporates and governments on climate and nature action. He was on the founding team of Delterra, a circular economy platform in Indonesia, and also co-founded Working Trees, an agroforestry startup. He holds an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and is the author of The Case for Nature (Penguin and Duckworth, 2023).
