Shiri Ailon

Shiri has 21 years of corporate development experience across ADAMA in Israel and China and Syngenta Group in Switzerland.
During 15 years at ADAMA, she led M&A and the integration of acquired entities in China.
She joined Syngenta Group in 2020 to drive cross-business synergies and Agtech venture investments, and since August 2024 she also assumed responsibility for leading Group M&A activities.
Shiri holds an MBA from Oxford Business School and an LLB, magna cum laude, from Tel Aviv University.
