Neil Kay is the Vice President for BASF Agricultural Solutions EMEA West. With a background in chemistry, Neil joined BASF in 2006 and has held various commercial, marketing, and leadership roles in the UK & Germany. Since 2023, he has led the West Europe region and is passionate about the role of innovation in supporting growers to maximize yield, improve efficiency, and reduce the environmental impact of agriculture.
