Mike Warmington is Regeneration Lead at Nestlé UK & Ireland, where he leads efforts to reduce Scope 3 emissions and increase the sourcing of regenerative ingredients. With experience spanning global business, non-profits and agricultural development, he has worked across climate, nature and farmer livelihoods for more than 15 years. Before joining Nestlé, Mike led farmer livelihoods programmes at Cargill and spent over a decade working in smallholder agriculture and rural finance across East and West Africa.
