Lisa Ehde
Lisa Ehde is an agronomist working as Vice President of Agriculture at Arla Foods, a dairy cooperative owned by approximately 8,000 farmers across seven countries. In her role, Lisa works closely with Arla’s farmer owners to advance the on-farm sustainability agenda, commercialize farm-based programs and projects, and support the cooperative’s democratic governance structure. Before coming into this global role Lisa was heading up the Agriculture function for Arla in Sweden.
With a career dedicated to the agricultural sector, Lisa has previously held influential positions including leading the Swedish Dairy Association, heading a policy and public affairs unit within the Swedish Farmers Association, working on agricultural policy for the government and serving as a sustainability expert at the Swedish Farmers Association.
Today, Lisa’s primary focus is enhancing on-farm performance to ensure Arla achieves its ambitious climate targets for 2030 as well as making sure that Arla farmers feel supported and connected to their cooperative.
