Laurent-David Charbit co-heads Tikehau Capital’s Private Equity Regenerative Agriculture Strategy, launched with Unilever and AXA to accelerate the transition to regenerative agriculture practices. Previously, he spent 12 years at Unilever, leading the implementation of the sustainability and climate agenda strategy. His roles at Unilever across Europe also included VP of Sustainable Sourcing, VP of Procurement Indirect, and managing partnerships. He started his career in supply chain at Michelin in Hong Kong before joining McKinsey as a retail and distribution consultant.
