Dr Grant led the development of AI for agriculture at Google[X] and became CEO of Mineral, an Alphabet company, in 2023. He was founding CEO of HarvestMark, a leader in food traceability, and CEO of ShopWell Labs, a pioneer of AI for personalized nutrition advice; and serves on the board of Sun World. He has >60 US patents and a PhD in Engineering from Cambridge. Cambridge Press is publishing his forthcoming book "Eating Tomorrow: AI and the Future of Food."
