Dionys Forster has over 25 years’ experience as a dynamic and respected leader in the agri-food industry. He is Director General of the SAI Platform, a leading food and beverage platform with 180+ members, promoting sustainable, regenerative agriculture. Previously, Dionys led global sustainability initiatives in raw material sourcing at Nestlé and strategic, applied agricultural and environmental research at FiBL and EAWAG. He holds a PhD in natural resource conservation and brings thorough, hands-on experience in research and technology development.
