Carsten Gayer serves as Managing Director for Germany and France at Valona Intelligence. He began his career at McKinsey & Company before founding a research and consulting firm, serving the world's top five consulting firms and industry leaders including Siemens and Bosch. Recognizing clients' growing need for international insight, he co-founded Global Intelligence Alliance, the venture that became Valona. With more than 2,000 projects in his back pocket, he continues advising senior executives on strategy, competitive intelligence, and organizational transformation.
