Bor began his career at Rabobank, spending 13 years across Asia and Europe as a corporate and investment banker covering some of the bank's largest Agrifood clients. He then co-founded TerraProtein Equity Partners, a boutique Agrifood-focused advisory firm raising growth capital and advising on M&A transactions. In 2021, he joined Convent Capital to establish their Agrifood impact fund, and in early 2026 joined Capagro. Capagro is a European VC investing in Agrifood innovation across the value chain through 2 funds
