Baptiste Rouesné
Baptiste Rouesné is the CEO of UV Boosting, a pioneering company specializing in the protection of agricultural crops through the use of UV-C light. Baptiste joined UV Boosting in 2020, three years after the company's foundation.
Under Baptiste's leadership, UV Boosting has designed and industrialized UVC-based agro equipment for vineyards, orchards, turf industry and greenhouses. The company now commercializes its products in more than 10 countries and has more than a hundred active users. To accelerate its international development, UV Boosting has secured a €6.9 million funding in 2024, with the CVC of Kubota leading the round.
Prior to joining UV Boosting, Baptiste Rouesné was a strategy consultant at BCG and a core member of the Private Equity and Restructuring teams of the Paris office.
