09. Cracking Scope 3: Making Farm-Gate Emissions Reduction Work Across Supply Chains
Most food, beverage and textile companies now have farm-gate Scope 3 reduction targets, but few have programmes operating at the scale needed to meet them. Regenerative agriculture is one of several levers on the table - alongside supplier engagement models, low-carbon inputs, sourcing shifts, and land-use interventions - yet all face similar barriers: fragmented supply chains, farmer engagement, MRV and data quality, certification and standards, long-term financing, and uncertainty over how on-farm changes translate into credible, auditable emissions reductions.
This roundtable aims to bring together companies working to reduce farm-gate Scope 3 emissions, to explore what's preventing progress at scale.
